Opera
North’s summer performances take place
at the historic Lebanon Opera House, located on the Lebanon Green
at 51 North Park Street, Lebanon, NH 03766. The intimate, 715-seat
auditorium, completely refurbished in 2001, is air-conditioned and
handicapped-accessible. Hearing amplification headsets are available
free of charge at the box office. There is plenty of free parking
on nearby streets and in the large public lots behind the theater.
There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and
picnics are also ermitted on the Green (no alcohol).
From I-89 South
(New Hampshire)
Take I-89 to Exit
17. Make left from exit ramp and follow Rt. 4 a few miles into
downtown Lebanon. As you get to the Green, look on your right for
Lebanon City Hall (white brick building with clock tower); Lebanon
Opera House is on the second floor of the City Hall Building.
From
the north
Take I-89 to exit
18, make a
right from the exit ramp and go a short distance to the stop sign.
Turn left onto Hanover Street, and follow this about 1/2 mile to
the Lebanon Green. As you get to the Green, look on your right
for Lebanon City Hall (white brick building with clock tower);
Lebanon Opera House is on the second floor of the City Hall Building.
From Rt. 91 North
(Vermont)
Go past Exit 1 and
pick up exit to I-89 South. Take I-89 to exit 18, make a right
from the exit ramp and go a short distance to the stop sign. Turn
left onto Hanover Street, and follow this about 1/2 mile to the
Lebanon Green. As you get to the Green, look on your right for
Lebanon City Hall (white brick building with clock tower); Lebanon
Opera House is on the second floor of the City Hall Building.

I-91 South (Massachusetts, Vermont)
Go to exit 10S and
follow signs onto I-89. Take I-89 to exit 18, make a right from
the exit ramp and go a short distance to the stop sign. Turn left
onto Hanover Street, and follow this about 1/2 mile to the Lebanon
Green. As you get to the Green, look on your right for Lebanon
City Hall (white brick building with clock tower); Lebanon Opera
