The King and I Children’s Auditions
Audition Information
Children between the ages of 5 and 18 are encouraged to audition for the Summer 2012 Opera North production of Roger and Hammerstein’s American Musical The King and I.
Auditions will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
To sign up for a 10-minute audition slot, please call the Opera North business office at (603) 448-4141 or email events@operanorth.org.
Auditions will be held at the Opera North offices, in the ground floor of the Citizens Bank Building (20 West Park St., Lebanon, NH). Please use the entrance from the parking lot at the rear of the building.
For the audition, children should be prepared to sing and read. Each child should prepare a song of his or her choosing; this can be sung a cappella (on his/her own) or with piano accompaniment. The child should bring his/her music with them to the audition.
